They played something like April fool’s day with the kids of Kolkata. But a protest like this will somehow bring some transparency it the system, This video is seen by all the Bosses of Adidas, Hindustan Times and Radio Fever FM 104 very well. The legal notices we recieved from them to stop this video and other protests, shows that they had accept some mistake.

This competition floated in India through mobile short massages. Contesting kids used the mobile phone of the parent and send massages which cost them Rs 6 each massage( $ 0.15 each SMS). Say about 1000000 kids participated and Adidas and the event organiser got all the money. But out of 6, 1 or 2 winners were selected from their predecided list. At the last moment Mandeep Singh Dhonna, the only winner from Kolkata was kicked out.I call it manipulation,am I right ?

Adidas really cheated this kid from Calcutta – India. They asked me to remove this video from Youtube. But I will not. Let the world know the truth behind all these contests. My advocates/Lawyers are ready to fight any legal case put by them against the family of this kid or me.

I have already started recieving threats from Hindustan Times Media Limited to remove this video. May be this video will bring the truth to the public at large. May be our Juridiction gets strong as of the first world to tackle situations like this. In India the legal system always favors the big. But it is equal for all in the 1st world countries.

As you are linked to Adidas and promising giving away some uber cool Adidas merchandise. I request you to ask Adidas about the matter of Mandeep Singh Dhonna from Kolkata. Deepak Bhattacharya: Rather fail with honor than succeed by fraud. Adidas will have to address those difficult questions for the public. The results of the event are forged to satisfy someone. Fever 104 FM, Kolkata Head – Neeraj Saraswat knows all in details but is silent to safeguard his Job and also he doesn’t want to loose a big client like Adidas.

@Rajsidhora Often I find on different article written by these Multinational that the corruption is very high in India. But what I found here is that companies like Adidas are the Kings of manipulation and Corruption. They should be awarded for this and should be thrown out of India. I am saying all this because I have all the Documents, Audiovisual materials to support this. The matter will be legal soon. If they can blame us for anything without proof we should have right to say the same thing
@surinderin Well it can happen in USA,but if someone is damaged by an action of a business or person as a result of foul play,or misrepresenting a product or service the damaged person can take legal action for compinsation. Very complicated issue.

More voices like this is needed to prevent the younsters from sending Text Massages (SMS) which costs Rs. 6 per massages. The pocket of the organisers are getting thick and persons of their choice (manipulated one) gets away with the prize. Double profit. Its better to play casinos than believing Adidas, and other companies.

So they wanted to favour the people and the place from where they are getting most of their business through advertisement.They not only dupe the people of Kolkata but also cheated Mr. Andreas Gellnar, MD Adidas India. Some one from Adidas should come forward to rectify and explain the whole thing.
