An arousing and poignant compilation. Freeman’s recital of the poem is impeccable and really presents football for the majestic and emotional sport it is.
It’s a pity. The video ends so abruptly. It also ends pretty awesomely.

They also did this at the six nations, really good. If this doesnt get you excited about the world cup nothing will, first round of games were a bit dull on the whole but now (hopefully) it will pick up the tempo as teams stop playing it safe. Oh and Morgan Freeman is a legend…. ’nuff said.
